So Al I am going to say is 101. I lied, I have lost 101 pounds total!!! That is the equivalent of the chick in the picture. I can not believe that 8 months ago I was living with all that extra weight. I would not want to carry that girl around all the time. That is what i was doing though. Well short post for tonight.
