As I lay here in my bed I am thinking about how blessed I am. I am a very lucky man with a great wife, two of the greatest sons ever, a new child on the way, an awesome dog, great friends and so much more. I have been given more then any one man deserves. Thank you god for these blessing!
So today as I weighed myslf and expected a rise in my weight since I did not eat the best over the weekend I saw a new low of 191. WTF! I am trying to mintain and I have lost more. Maybe this is just a surprise and on Tuesday more it will jump back up but maybe not. I will go and see my nutritionist if I drop under 190 to see what I have to do to maintain. Also one of my worries is as the weather is getting better i and I start biking and running I will drop more. We will see and I will keep you posted.

- I am a 32 year old father of two boys, a baby girl and a beautiful wife. I am looking to be a grown up some day but luckily for me my sons keep me from that, at this time at least. I enjoy all different sport so I may ramble about those at times as well as politics.
