I am a 32 year old father of two boys, a baby girl and a beautiful wife. I am looking to be a grown up some day but luckily for me my sons keep me from that, at this time at least. I enjoy all different sport so I may ramble about those at times as well as politics. I am very good at rambling so I will re-read my post multiple time before publishing to make sure my poor conversational trait does not bore anyone. I am a college graduate and hopefully at some time I will be able to go back and gain more edumacation. Well good luck following the post. Sometimes I will post every day and some times I may take a couple days off in between post so please check back and witness the evolution of me.

Two strong words

The two strongest words are "I can't". They are stronger then "I Do" or "Marry me". I can't is over used by people every day of the week. I can't get to the gym, I can't lose weight, I can't do this, I can't do that. Most of the time a person should say I won't get to the gym or I won't lose weight and so on. Because if you really try you CAN do anything you want. You want proof? OK, example: Do good and moral people say I can't steal that or I won't steal that?

I learned many years ago at a job I had that I can do anything if I am trained to do it. I said this at job interviews, and any other time I could fit it in to a sentence as to describe myself in the past. But really I never took it past work, and I know this because I gained more weight and I didn't do other things because of the great and almighty I Can't. Well tonight when I was running I thought about this and realized I can do anything and I know this because because a year ago I weighted 338 pounds and could barely get out of bed or put on my shoes without moaning groaning or sweating. I am going to prove this to myself next weekend when I run a 5k to support the Children's hospital at strong.

So remember the next time you say "I can't" rethink it and say "I won't" and I am sure your perspective will change.

BTW I ran 2 miles in 17 minutes tonight.

Until Tomorrow,
Night.
