So today was beautiful!!! The boys and I played outside and enjoyed the sunshine. I can not wait for tomorrow because it is suppose to be awesome here again. The boys wanted to go to the zoo so maybe we will do that in the am. If not I will be making sure to be outside for a while if not all day. I need to figure out some structured outside activities though. We play red light green light, play with chalk, and all the toys but i need to find some other things. Any ideas?

So as I sit here at 12:45 and am waiting for my laundry to finish in the washer so I can flip it to the dryer I think about how lucky I am. I have two great sons, a great wife and a baby on the way. My wife is almost 9 weeks pregnant and we are excited. Her due date is in the end d of October. Yeah! What sucks about it all is that my mother doesn't know because I haven't spoken to her due to the choices she has made. Oh well, as sad as that is. I am going to take care of my family instead of worry, we have worried to long as it is.
So now I am maintaining at 193. This is a good place for me, I firmly believe that. Now I have been eatting better but not great so I do worry about that. I have been very good about getting my liquids and meds in and my six month lab results looked good. Things are good on that front.
Well my clothes need to be flipped and I need to go to bed.
