Push ups
So something as easy as push ups were impossible before I lost the excess weight. But this week as I have been doing some working our I was able to do push up without much problems. It was such a cool thing and really made me feel good. Again this is a little battle but when you put all the battles together I have won it is a pretty cool and big thing.
