I almost posted this on a forum as a response to someone then thought it may have been seen as an attack and not as a help, so I am going to post it here to motivate myself and anyone else reading this:
I agree with you all bodies act and react differently but don't let that be an excuse to rest on. If you want to be healthier put in the work and do not be focused on your weight be focused on how you feel. If you can do the active things you want without being winded and you can accomplish your goals (example: I want to climb a rock wall) then that is where you should be but if you are not feeling well about what you can do then maybe more work on exercise, what your eating is where you should focus. I only say that because I know I became so unhealthy because I lied to myself and it became progressively worse over the years to where I thought I was healthy at 338. I am not trying to attack what you are saying just trying to support you.
Now please read the next paragraph before casting opinions on me.
I used to put an hour into a post and now I can not find a few minutes to post. I come up with a ton of excuses not to even make a short blog, thus leading me not to post for a while and become absent. So when I was writing this on another site I thought about myself and how I make excuses for not working out, not posting here, not doing other things I need to do in life, such as the things my wife ask me to do (sorry baby). So I worte this instead.
"I agree with you all bodies act and react differently but don't let that be an excuse to rest on. If you want to be healthier you know what to do, you did it before. Maybe start with the pouch reset, search the forums for it and get back on line. Good luck and we are here for you."
I will write more tomorrow.
